About Rutger
Rutger has been at Davids Advocaten since September 2023. He works in the area of insolvency and corporate law. Rutger’s focus is on advising and litigating on commercial disputes, and advising companies and businesspeople facing financial difficulties. He also supports trustees and administrators in the settlement of bankruptcies and suspensions of payment.
Rutger received his master’s degree in Commercial Law Practice from the University of Amsterdam in 2023.
Rutger is a member of the Young Insolvency Lawyers Association (JIRA) and the Young Bar Association.
