About Maarten

Maarten Bout has been working for Davids Advocaten since 2019, and is primarily active in the area of insolvency and corporate law. He is regularly appointed by the Amsterdam courts as trustee in bankruptcies and supports colleagues within our firm in the settlement of bankruptcies and suspensions of payments.

Maarten has a BA in Law and MA in Corporate Law from Leiden University. While studying for his MA, Maarten worked for Leiden University giving advocacy training to students.

Maarten is a member of the Young Insolvency Lawyers Association (JIRA).

Maarten Bout has registered the following areas of law in the Register of the Dutch Bar Association:

This registration obliges the lawyer in question to obtain ten education points every calendar year in each registered area of law, as per the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
