About Emil
Emil has been working at Davids Advocaten since September 2026. He is active in the fields of insolvency law and corporate law. Emil advises companies and entrepreneurs facing financial difficulties and represents them in legal proceedings. In addition, he supports trustees and administrators in the settlement of bankruptcies and suspensions of payment.
Emil received his master’s degree in Commercial Law Practice from the University of Amsterdam in 2026.
