This includes restructurings, amend-and-extend transactions, distressed scenarios and WHOA restructuring proceedings (the Dutch Scheme of Arrangement). Extensive Experience in Restructuring, Insolvency and WHOA PROCEEDINGS
In recent years, we have advised on many hundreds of matters, ranging from complex restructurings to bankruptcy proceedings and WHOA restructurings. Our lawyers regularly act as bankruptcy trustees in insolvency proceedings and as administrators in suspensions of payments, as well as advising stakeholders in WHOA processes. This provides us with a detailed understanding of the interests, dynamics and risks that arise in distressed situations. We bring this experience to the earliest stages of a matter, when there is still space to maneuver and preserve value.
